What's Included

Every document you get, listed by name.

No "and more." This is the complete Suitor library, organized across the five levels of the Freedom Pyramid. Read the whole list before you spend anything.

Where It Fits

This does not get added on top of how you already run.

The most common question owners ask is whether this is one more thing to manage. It isn't. Suitor doesn't touch your software, and it doesn't ask you to invent a new process. It replaces the undocumented version of the process you're already running.

What you run today What Suitor does with it
Your POS Leaves it alone. Suitor defines who reads the numbers it produces, when, against what target, and what happens when the number is wrong.
Your scheduling software Leaves it alone. The Schedule Building Operating Standard defines the rules the schedule gets built by, inside whatever tool you already use.
Your payroll and accounting Leaves it alone. Nothing in the library asks you to switch providers or export anything.
Checklists you wrote yourself Replaces them with versions that have been run daily across nine locations and corrected every time they broke.
"Follow Jimmy for a week" training Replaces it with a documented development path, so a new hire's first two weeks don't depend on who trained them.
Reviewing a manager when something goes wrong Replaces it with a written performance standard and a weekly review that happens on a schedule instead of after a problem.
The answers that live in your head This is the actual job. Every document exists so a question that currently requires a text to you gets answered by a page instead.

If a tool you pay for is working, Suitor doesn't compete with it. The gap Suitor fills is the one between the tool and the person using it.

Anatomy

What one document actually looks like.

Every document in the library follows the same four-part shape. That's deliberate. A manager who has read one already knows how to read all fifty.

01

The standard

What has to be true. Written as a condition, not a suggestion.

02

The execution steps

Who does it, in what order, by when. Named by role, not by person.

03

The verification

How you know it was done. The line somebody signs, counts or initials.

04

The escalation

What happens when it wasn't. Who gets told, and what they do about it.

The Library

All 50 documents, by level.

Every package includes every document. What changes between the three packages is how much of the writing is already done for you.

Alongside these fifty you also get the Implementation Guide, which is not one of the fifty and isn't counted in them. It's the rollout plan: 24 weeks, six phases, one pyramid level at a time, naming which documents go in when and which seat owns each one.

Questions about what you're getting.

Does this replace my POS, scheduling or payroll software?

No. Suitor doesn't touch your software stack. Your point of sale, scheduling platform, payroll provider and accounting software all stay exactly as they are.

Those tools produce numbers and schedules. Suitor is the set of written standards that tells your team what to do with them: who reads the numbers, when, against what target and what happens when the number is wrong.

So what does it actually replace?

The undocumented version of your operation. The checklists you wrote on a legal pad. The training method where a new hire follows your best employee for a week. The manager review that only happens after something goes wrong.

And the answers that currently live in your head, which is the one that costs you the most.

How is each document structured?

Four parts, every time. The standard says what has to be true. The execution steps say who does it and in what order. The verification says how you know it was done. The escalation says what happens when it wasn't.

A manager who has read one document already knows how to read the other forty-nine.

Do I get all 50 in every package?

Yes. There's no tier where you get thirty of them. All three packages contain the same fifty documents, at the same five levels, in the same order, plus the Implementation Guide that sequences them over 24 weeks.

What differs between them is only how much of the writing is already done for you, and that's laid out side by side on the packages page.

You've seen the whole list. Now pick the package.
